The working agreement.

I work directly with clients and companies on commission (a fixed price per piece of work) and monthly retainer terms. I'm open to freelance, gig, commission, part-time, and full-time engagements.

Schedule

I work on Philippines time, Monday to Friday, usually in the late evenings. Retainer clients can have a fixed or flexible schedule, including night hours, agreed in the Statement of Work. Weekends are for rest and focused project work. Approved weekend or holiday work is billed at a higher rate.

Communication

Email or WhatsApp. I reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Messages sent during my full-time work hours or on weekends get a reply the next business day. I prefer written updates. Video meetings are available by appointment and kept to a minimum. I don't take phone calls or do cold-calling.

Time tracking and monitoring

I don't use or accept time-tracking software, screenshots, keystroke or mouse tracking, or rigid clock-in systems. I log my own hours and share them with a summary of the work done.

No trials or test tasks

I don't do trials or test tasks, paid or unpaid. Please review my portfolio, client reviews, and introduction video before you decide. Once the contract is signed, work starts on the agreed milestones.

Scope and workload

Every engagement has a defined scope in the Statement of Work, with a workload that fits the hours and rate. I don't take unlimited-scope or "wear many hats" roles. Anything beyond the agreed scope gets a new quote.

Exclusivity

My services are non-exclusive. I may work with other clients, and any conflicts are handled through the Conflict of Interest Check and the NDA.

Equipment

I work from a main device with a backup device and power backup. Specs and speed tests are in the Application folder of my portfolio.

Use of AI

AI helps with research, drafting, and efficiency. Every output is manually edited and fact-checked before it reaches you.

Billing

Commissions and retainers are billed in advance. Biweekly billing is my default. Full upfront payment, 50/50, weekly, or monthly are also available. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot on my schedule. I accept GCash, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer (PHP or USD).

Work and ownership

Work is organized around milestones. Ownership transfers after final payment.

Contract

All services require a signed formal contract.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions.

Rush projects

Projects needed within 24 hours include a 50% rush fee.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement with 48 hours' notice.
